Hidatei Hanaogi - Bettei Iiyama［ International sightseeing ryokan ］
A Japanese-style ryokan using ligitinized Japanese cedar and Japanese Zelkova wood. All rooms have en-suite baths and toilets and baths are made from Japanese cypress. Several hundred coloured carp swim in the pond of which we are proud. This is a natural onsen with a sauna and a rotemburo. The rotemburo has separate rooms.

- Rotemburo - The ryokan's source is Jindai no Yu. It has gentle spring qualities.
- Example of Irori (Japanese hearth) Kaiseki (traditional meal brought in courses) - Savour the main course of Hida beef while sitting around the Irori (Japanese hearth).
